Stratos Demetrios Pratt serves as the Administrative Assistant for the Putnam County Economic Development Corporation (PCEDC), where he supports the Executive Director and Board of Directors in advancing the organization’s mission to foster economic growth and business development throughout Putnam County. In his role, Stratos assists with board operations, meeting coordination, event planning, and fiscal management, ensuring that the organization runs efficiently and effectively. 

He was raised here in the Hudson Valley and still resides with his family. Over the past twenty years, he has seen the economic and social shifts in the area, including a change in population growth, demographic diversification, and the local economic landscape.

Stratos holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a specialization in Finance and a second major in Economics from the Stony Brook College of Business. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Finance at the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. His academic background and professional interests include financial analysis, economic development, data-driven decision-making, and organizational strategy.
