Lisa Orro is the Tax Team Leader at Weiss Advisory Group, where she has been a member of the firm for over a decade. She began her tax and accounting career as a staff accountant with Avon Products, Inc., before transitioning into public accounting. Prior to joining Weiss Advisory Group, Lisa worked for two local CPA firms based in Westchester County.
Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Pace University and has over 20 years of experience working closely with individuals and small businesses on accounting, compliance, and tax planning matters. She is a licensed public notary and is currently working toward becoming an enrolled agent.

Marjorie Keith
Marjorie Keith is an American nonprofit executive known for her extensive career with Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) of Putnam County. She began her career at CCE in 1974 as a family consumer science program leader and rose to the position of executive director in 1987, a role she held for over three decades. Throughout her tenure, Keith played a significant role in advancing the organization’s mission in agriculture, environmental resources, nutrition, and community development. Her leadership was marked by successful collaborations, program development, and engagement with volunteers and staff. She announced her retirement in 2024, concluding a 44-year career dedicated to education and community service.
